Can you help Lotte?
Lotte is Adopted
Unfortunately Lotte has been returned to the WdR family.
Lotte was adopted two years ago, and eventually had a loving family to call her own. Due to unforeseen personal circumstances Lotte has found herself back in rescue. We are gutted for this girl, as she is not the easiest of dogs and we worry she will be in kennels for a long period of time and become over looked as she will be a challenge. Our fear is the longer she is in kennels the longer it will take her to adapt to a home environment again.
Lotte is a spayed three year old Czechoslvakian wolfdog cross GSD. She was originally with a GSD rescue when she was very young but they struggled to place her in the correct home with the correct understanding so we took her on.
Lotte displays a lot of your GSD behaviours in terms of giving warning barks to noises outside the home, and she will not trust visitors and needs careful supervision around guests. She also has the natural prey drive and high energy of the wolfdog.
However she has such a loving, playful side to her within her family unit.
Lotte is looking for an experienced home with a male large breed dog as a companion.
Current location: Cambridge. We will require several meet and greets so being able to travel to Cambridge is essential.
